Pastor Corner

Pastor Demond Patrick Dawkins, Th. D has been preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ since September of 2000. His first message “Living to Die” was delivered at the Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church where he was a member under the leadership of Pastor D. L. Wilson.

In September 2003, Reverend Dawkins accepted the call and responsibility to lead the flock of God by becoming the Pastor at the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Fate, Texas where he worshipped as a child.

Pastor Dawkins is a dynamic teacher of the Word who strives to convey the Gospel in a practical manner to reach the lost and strengthen the believer. More importantly, Pastor Dawkins lives and breathes the messages that he preaches.

Pastor Dawkins was born in Garland, Texas and is a proud graduate of Garland High School. He received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas, as well as a Bachelors of Theology, Masters of Theology, and a Doctorate of Theology from Slidell Baptist Seminary.

Pastor Dawkins is a resident of Wylie along with his wife Renea and three sons Jabari, Jacoby, and Jacory. He is currently a bi-vocational Pastor.
